Acceptance of Terms

Order Processing and Shipping

  2. GROOVE reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to inventory shortages, payment issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  3. Once your order is accepted, allow 2-4 business days for processing.
  4. After processing, shipping generally takes 7-15 business days to deliver your items.
  5. Shipping costs vary depending on your order and are shown during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of your delivery date.
  • Only items returned in their original condition are eligible for a return.
  • Return shipping fees are your responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact GROOVE at sylashendrickshown@outlook.com to receive instructions for your return.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after GROOVE receives and inspects the returned merchandise.
  • Refunds are applied to the original payment method used for purchase.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting customer service at sylashendrickshown@outlook.com. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if your order has already moved into processing or shipping.
